I designed this heavy duty pallet deconstruction tool, to break any pallet in minutes – no matter the width of the slats or how big and tough it is!
It is strong, robust and guaranteed to break & pull apart pallets in minutes.
I have used many methods in the past to deconstruct pallets, from using two small pry bars to a reciprocating saw.
This is by far the most time efficient, economic and effective method to deconstruct pallets without splitting the wood or breaking your back!
You can deconstruct a pallet in a minute, as opposed to half a day & it is far more economical in price than buying a reciprocating saw. (Plus, you don’t power, or batteries!)
My pallet buster is made of steel, the parts are precisely made and TIG welded together.

Please Note – Mild Steel must be painted or sealed to protect from moisture which causes rust on the surface & can attack & weaken welds.
If you select ‘no paint’ you must paint the pallet puller with a metal paint with exterior metal paint to prevent rust ASAP.

Made for deconstructing pallets, could also come in handy for other demolition projects such as removing floor boards or prying one surfaced from another.
The pallet pullers come in plain steel colour unless you choose a specific colour from the drop down menu, colour ads £9.99 to the basket.
Choose paint colour, or ‘no paint’ colour from the drop down menu.
This tool MUST be painted or it will rust & the welds will become weak.
If you choose ‘no paint’ you MUST paint at home with a rust reforming exterior metal paint.
When you choose a painted puller they will arrive galvanised, painted & lacquered.
Designed to give you enough leverage to easily pull up slats without breaking a sweat or having to bend to do it.
The forks are spaced 150mm apart to accommodate even the largest pallet slat and support a wide area to prevent splitting.
The handle is made from box section which sits nicely in the palm of the hand and means you can work comfortably.

This Pallet puller has been made under 1200mm to be able to post this item at a reasonable price. This length is perfect for an average height person, if you are quite tall (over 6ft) you may require a slightly longer handle – in which case please contact me for costs.
