Beginners Power tool Workshop part 2 with The Salvage Sister

Come to Brighton for the day and enjoy a beginners powertool class – where you’ll learn how to use a range of power tools safely!

You’ll watch them in action, learn what the various components do, what fixings to use, how much you can expect to pay for them and how to safely use power tools before trying them all out. When you feel confident you can practice using a pillar drill, router, biscuit joiner, scrollsaw & grinder!

Usually students complete part one before part 2 as this is slightly more advanced tools & equipment.

Great class, I was too scared to use these tools at home even though we have them in the shed! I’ve never been shown how to use them properly before & it was a daunting prospect! Really enjoyed this class & have gained confidence, I will be getting the grinder out!

As with The Beginners Power Tool class, this was a fabulous few hours learning to handle a wide variety of power tools. It is fast paced (the time flies!), but never too fast for everyone to have a good go at all the tools. Charis’s patience and clear explanations make for a fabulous and informative training session.
