WE ACCEPT RETURNS FOR SOME ITEMS
THE FOLLOWING ITEMS CAN’T BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we do not accept returns for:
- Gift Cards
- Downloadable Products
- Handmade, Customised or Bespoke items
- Live Workshop Classes (They can be rescheduled please see our Workshop T&C’s)
- Sale Items
CONDITIONS OF RETURN
Buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return; your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, it must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Depending on your payment method the refund may take 3 – 10 days to appear in your account.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your order receipt to see how you paid. If you have not received your refund within 11 days of it being accepted by us, please get in touch & we’ll get to the bottom of it for you.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Please supply images in your email, and include your receipt or order email.
Shipping returns
If your return is accepted you will be given the return address.
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping & insurance costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
